Terms of use

Rules for using WhitesLove: what the service provides, what it does not guarantee, and what is prohibited.

1. The service

WhitesLove (whiteslove.me) collects public housing listings, vacancies and CVs from third-party sources and presents them in one place. It is operated by [not provided by the operator].

By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Third-party listings

Listings, vacancies and CVs are created by third parties and published on other platforms. We are not a party to any transaction, do not review listings manually and do not represent advertisers.

3. What we do not guarantee

  • That a listing is still available: the property may already be let or sold.
  • The accuracy of prices, descriptions, photos and addresses.
  • The identity of the advertiser: name and role (owner, agent) are self-declared; identity verification, where shown, is shown separately.
  • That automated integrity notes are complete or free of error. They are a hint, not a finding.

4. Contact buttons and third-party platforms

The Call, Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook and Threads buttons are only a convenient way to open a contact the advertiser published. Conversations take place on third-party platforms, whose own terms and policies apply.

5. Your responsibility

You decide whether to contact an advertiser and whether to enter into a transaction. Do not send money before viewing the property and checking documents, and never share a card number or SMS codes.

6. Prohibited use

  • Automated bulk collection of data from the site, or circumventing rate limits and protections.
  • Bulk messaging of contacts taken from listings.
  • Using the data to harass, discriminate against or defraud anyone.
  • Attempting to access internal data or administrative functions.
  • False reports and requests for other people's data.

7. Reporting

Report an outdated or incorrect listing, impersonation, or an error in your data on the "Your data" page or at [not provided by the operator]. Reports are reviewed and are not treated as proof on their own.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for losses arising from the content of third-party listings, transactions between users and advertisers, or temporary unavailability of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may change; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site means accepting the updated terms.

10. Governing law and contact
